Customer Conditions

    3. Payments & Renewals


    • You will be billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your plan.

    • All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

    • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access.




    4. Trial Terms


    • Your free 14-day trial begins immediately after signup.

    • No payment will be charged during the trial.

    • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription will start automatically.




    5. Cancellations


    • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

    • There are no contracts or cancellation fees.

    • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.




    6. Refunds


    • All sales are final.

    • We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused time, or plan downgrades.

    • Exceptions may be made for technical failures caused by us.


  • Plan Usage Limits


    • Features available depend on the selected plan (Starter, Elevate, Visionary).

    • You may not attempt to access tools outside your plan tier.

    • Abuse of features may lead to account suspension.




    8. Support & Communication


    • You agree to receive service emails, updates, and onboarding communications.

    • Support is available via email Monday–Friday during business hours.




    9. Fair Use Policy


    • We reserve the right to limit or restrict services if system abuse, excessive usage, or fraudulent activity is detected.

    • We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.




    10. Termination


    • We may suspend or cancel your access if you violate these conditions.

    • We reserve the right to deny service to anyone for any reason.
